Key Responsibilities

§  Lead digital analytic projects to enable more data driven decision making and personalized experiences for our customers

§  Generate reports/analyses and dashboards providing insights and recommendations based on data across the channels

§  Partner with internal teams to understand clients’ business and marketing goals and provide analytic, integrated marketing solutions to advance the goals

§  Partner with stakeholders to extract highly relevant, actionable insights and optimization recommendations, as well as executing ad-hoc analysis as required by business stakeholders at all levels

§  Analyze marketplace and consumer trends within and across multiple industries

§  Develop rich insights fueled by data to support creative and strategy

§  Manage database and analytical tools to design client facing reporting

 

Knowledge & Experience

§  4-5+ years digital analytics experience using Google & Adobe Analytics

§  Hands-on technical experience in implementing the tracking solution to monitor audience full funnel behaviors from ads to brand site/APP/WeChat Mini Program

§  Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, Economics, or Engineering required

§  Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Data Studio…)

§  Experience working with SQL

§  Google Big Query, R and Python experience is a strong plus

§  Extremely detail oriented and organized, able to multitask and meet deadlines

§  Strong commercial focus

§  Outstanding quantitative and research skills

§  Self-starter, fast learner, and strong team player

§  Results driven and people focused

§  Good communication skills. Strong English speaking and writing skills
