职责描述：
Driving creation to the projects to make sure it meets clients requirements;
作品注入自己的创意，使之符合客户的期许；
Building rapport with clients in a comfortable way;
创造维持一个友好良性的客户关系；
Work with other teams on the complex and demanding shots.
配合其它部门对复杂镜头进行讨论修正。

任职要求：
5 years experience in TVC / feature film synthesis;
5年以上相关广告/电影合成经验；
Strong knowledge on Flame/ Nuke;
熟练使用Flame或Nuke；
Strong knowledge on color / compositing / VFX control;
对色彩，构图，效果的把控有清晰认识；
Be able to work as a solo performer.
独立完成广告制作合成的能力。
