工作职责
·了解流行的社交媒体平台(红皮书、抖音、哔哩哔哩、微信、微博等)
·协助团队为social项目撰写社交媒体平台、KOL&KOC及内容策略
·了解最新的社交平台变化,监控社交热点
·与KOL&KOC或MCN保持密切联系
·分析KOL&KOC投放效果及持续表现
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
Understanding of popular social media platforms(Redbook,Tik Tok, Bilibili,Wechat,Weibo,etc.)
Assist team to deliver social media platform,KOL&KOC and content strategy proposals.
Work with creative media and e-commerce team to develop social execution plan.
Be knowledgeable of up-to-date social platform change, monitor hot social spots
Keep close relationship with KOL&KOC or MCN agency
Analyze and report KOL&KOC performance of social campaign for clients
资质要求
大学本科以上学历
2年以上社交营销策划经验
敏锐的社交媒体感觉,熟悉社交平台KOL&KOC
出色的人际交往和沟通能力
熟练使用PowerPoint、Excel等办公软件
有KOL&KOC或MCN机构资源者优先
有美容美妆或个人护理等品牌服务经验者优先
良好英语沟通和写作能力优先
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor degree or above
2+ years social media and digital media related experience
Strong sense of social media,be knowledgeable of social KOL&KOC
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Proficiency in workings tool e.g. office PPT, Excel
Have close relationship with KOL&,KOC or MCN agency preferred
Beauty and personal care brands experience preferred
Good English in both written and spoken preferred
