Creative Director创意总监/副总监(Art Base)

职位描述 Job Description

岗位职责：
1. 根据品牌调性和客户需求，提出正确的创意策略，实现优秀.精彩的创意产出；
2. 能够清晰地向客户阐述和表达创意观点，能够策略性地说服引导客户；
3. 保证并监督创意部的内容.数字等创意产出的质量，平衡及激发创意团队的创意想法，并帮助提升团队创意能力；
4. 与客户方向和其他相关部门保持良好沟通，组织并监督创意作品的完成，确保美术和文字的构成符合策略及创意标准；
5. 对客户进行创意提案，与客户做创意沟通；
6. 制定团队整体发展和创意组协作.个人成长战略.有清晰完整的团队管理计划。

1. Propose appropiate creative strategy to achieve outstanding creative output based on brand tonality and clients' need;
2. Be able to interpret creative ideas clearly to clients,  persuade and guide clients in a strategic way;
3. Ensure and supervise the quality of creative content, balance and inspire creative ideas, help mitigate any weaknesses or skill gaps;
4. Maintain solid relationship with clients and other departments, organize and supervise creative work throughout the campaign, ensure the combination of visual and copy is appropriate for strategy and up to consistent agency standards；
5. Lead creative part in pitches and communicate with clients;
6. Ensure the development, cordination and appropriate training of personnel, draw team management plan in a detailed and comprehensive manner.

任职要求：
1. 8年及以上4A或知名互动广告公司工作经验；

2. 丰富的创意团队管理经验，掌握数字创意与内容创意的创意精髓，有自己独特的创意经验与方法；

3. 优秀的沟通技巧和指导能力，具备整合广告策略和创造能力； 

4. 优秀的领导才能，能独立进行团队培育.建设和管理；

5. 旺盛的好奇心.敏锐的创意思维和持续不断的学习动力，了解互动创意手法和趋势。

1. More than 8 years of working experience in 4A or other well-known interactive advertising companies;

2. Abundant management experience, master the essence of digital and content creative, and have unique creative experience and methodology;

3. Excellent communication and coaching skills, IMC strategy and creative capability；

4. Outstanding leadership skills, ability to cultivate, establish and manage team independently;

5. Thriving curiosity, keen creative thinking and consistent learning motivation to comprehend techniques and trends of interactive creative design.
