工作职责
负责阿里、腾讯或巨量引擎等效果类广告策划、广告投放和账户运营优化等工作
与电商/策划团队配合,制定各媒体效果广告投放的执行计划
监控分析广告投放的效果,通过数据分析优化投放策略,创意,推广成本等维度,以达到最优投放效果
总结各广告的投放和运营经验,为公司业务比稿和其他项目提供专业的建议
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
Responsible for performance advertising planning, operation and optimization on Ali, Tencent or Ocean Engine Ad platform.
Work with EC or Planning team to contribute performance Advertising planning.
Measure and analyze the Advertising performance and optimize the strategy, creative, cost, or other dimensions to maximize the result though data analysis.
Summarize advertising and operation experience regularly and provide professional suggestions for other business pitches and projects.
资质要求
大学本科以上学历
2年以上阿里站内(智钻、直通车、超级推荐)广告、巨量AD/鲁班广告、或腾讯社交广告投放和运营经验
对阿里、巨量或腾讯生态的各类营销产品有一定的了解
对数字敏感,优秀的逻辑思考和方案撰写能力
工作主动性强、认真负责,具备团队合作精神
熟练使用PowerPoint、Excel等办公软件
有美妆或快消等品牌服务经验者优先
拥有1-2张阿里、腾讯或巨量引擎营销认证证书的优先
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor degree or above
2+ years advertising and operation experience on Ali, Ocean Engine or Tencent Ad platform.
Familiar with Ali, Ocean Engine or Tencent marketing ecosystem.
Strong sensitive in DATA; Good strategic thinking and planning and proposal writing capability.
Work initiatively and responsibly; Have a good sense of teamwork
Proficiency in workings tool e.g. office PPT, Excel
Beauty and FMCG brands experience preferred
1-2 Ali, Tencent or Ocean Engine marketing certificates preferred
