工作职责
对消费者和媒体有较为全面的理解,对市场和生意有初步认知
能有效与媒体进行沟通,了解各媒体特性,将媒体营销产品有效整合进方案
(协助上级)与电商团队协作产出媒体电商导流策略和计划
(协助上级)与创意团队协作产出媒体和内容创意
(协助上级)与品牌策略策划、数据分析团队合作完成整合传播策略方案
积极参与公司新业务比稿项目,对于赢得比稿有必胜信念和强烈的企图心
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
Understand consumer and media through market research and intelligence. Basic understanding of the market and business
Keep regular communication, maintain a good relationship with key media partners and hold most up-to-date knowledge of media format, content trend, technology and solutions.
(Assist supervisor) Work with e-commerce team to develop strategy and planning to acquire traffic.
(Assist supervisor) Work with creative team to develop social media ideas and content ideas.
(Assist supervisor) Work with brand planning team to contribute to integrated strategy and planning.
Participate agency’s core business and new business projects, have a winning belief and a strong ambition to win the pitch.
资质要求
大学本科以上学历
3年以上互联网媒体策划经历
对数据敏感和出色的分析能力
逻辑思考和方案撰写能力良好
人际沟通能力良好
能够独立提案
熟练的中英双语沟通和写作能力
熟练使用CNRS、艾瑞等市场数据软件
熟练使用PowerPoint、Excel等办公软件
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor degree or above
3+ years digital media related experience
Good data sense and data skills
Good strategic thinking and planning and proposal writing capability
Good interpersonal communication skills
Ability to make presentation independently
Proficiency in verbal and written bilingual communication skills
Proficiency in media planning tools e.g. CNRS, iresearch
Proficiency in workings tool e.g. office PPT, Excel
