工作职责

从市场调研和智库报告中深入了解市场、生意、消费者和媒体

为解决生意和传播的挑战，提出策略的洞察和观点

独立负责中小规模的策略策划项目

支持策略策划主管参与公司重大比稿或重要项目的策略策划工作

协助策略策划主管撰写内部工作简报及管理策略策划项目

与团队共同制定品牌传播策略、创意策略和数字营销策略

与业务管理、创意、媒体投资等团队紧密合作，撰写整合的提案

与业务管理、数据分析等团队紧密合作，共同完成公司案例分析、包装及分享

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

Extract insights about market, business, consumers and media from intelligence reports and studies.

Provide strategic insights and views for solving business related communication challenges.

Take charge of small planning projects independently.

Support strategic planning leaders in key pitches and important strategic planning projects.

Support strategic planning leaders to write internal brief and manage strategic planning projects.

Work closely with Strategy & Planning team to create communication strategy, creative strategy and digital strategy.

Work closely with Business Management, Creative and Media Investment team to prepare integrated proposals.

Work closely with Business Management, and Data Insight & Analytics team to study campaign results, provide company case packaging and sharing.

资质要求

大学本科或以上学历

4年以上行业策略策划经验

对社会文化趋势、消费趋势具有强敏感度，喜欢学习新东西，勇于提出新鲜的观点想法

乐观积极、热爱挑战、具有冒险精神

出色的方案撰写和表达能力

出色的合作协调能力和沟通能力

独立作业能力，能独立负责中小型策略策划项目

熟练使用PowerPoint、Excel等办公软件

熟练的中英文双语工作能力

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor degree or above

4+ years related experience

Keen with new cultural trends and consumption trends, love learning new things, keen to make innovative contributions and embrace new ideas

Optimistic, embrace challenges, willing to take risks

Outstanding proposal writing and presentation skills

Outstanding interpersonal communication skills

Ability to work independently in small projects

Proficiency in workings tool e.g. office PPT, Excel

Proficiency in verbal and written bilingual communication skills
