Key Responsibilities

  • Understanding of business and industry, identifying issues, providing sound marketing direction and solutions;

  • Participates in creative briefing and review of advertising concepts;

  • Prepares timing plans and ensures team’s project delivery to timing;

  • Ability to manage several projects at once and with keen attention to details and process;

  • Manages the approval process (agreed presence of key clients at different stages of the creative and production process);

  • Ensures client sign off on every stage of production;

  • Manages financial control of creative projects;

  • Leadership in brainstorming and meetings, with the ability to communicate and present confidently as well as collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Knowledge & Experience

§  University Degree, major in public relations, marketing, advertising, communication is preferred, but not must;

§  Previous 2 years relevant working experience within digital, social media;

§  In-depth experience and knowledge of the Chinese digital ecosystem

§  Had social media working experience, worked on WeChat, BBS communication  before, familiar with social media industry and environment, including social media trend, main social media platforms, social media language, KOL….;

§  Good written and verbal communications skills;

§  Team player; multi-tasking flair;

§  Excel in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines on time;

§  Highly self-motivated, self-starter and able to work under pressure;

§  Excellent computer sills, able to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint efficiently.
