Responsibilities:

• Keep track on the financial status of all print jobs, internally with company finance and externally with vendors, ensure vendors to bill on time.

• Responsible for administration work on VEGA systems.

• Coordinate with all print jobs for multiple clients regarding bidding, scheduling, shooting etc.

• Communicate with vendors and internal teams in the Groupe.
