RESPONSIBILITIES：

·       Understands client marketing and business objectives and develops high-level strategic plans.

·       Drives strategic plans and objectives for clients within the agency and third parties and monitors efforts to ensure adherence to quality work, timelines, KPIs and budgets.

·       Manages internal resource allocation and costs towards profitability. Support company financial goals by growing accounts and nurturing new relationships. 

·       Developing business partner relationships with key people in the designated client organizations

·       Striving for the long lasting and sustainable success of our client

REQUIREMENTS:

·        Rich global/big local consumer brand experiences for branding and integrated campaigns in medical and pharma industry.

·        Participant in strategic proposals and keep growing the strategic thinking.

·        Lead the development of strategic execution plans and proposals for pitches and projects, including integrated campaign, digital campaign, social media contents, PR and offline events etc.

·        Work collaboratively with internal planning, creative, medical teams together to delivery excellent works.

·        Proactively resolve the client’s problems and provide execution ideas.

·        Good finance controller in quotation and project cost control.

·        Strong digital capability and keep learning the new technology and innovative platforms.

·        Fluency in English and Chinese

·        Strong interest to develop his/her career in health communication territory.
