Key Responsibilities

§   Expand revenue channels and scale existing client business

§   Manage office performance to achieve client and Team targets for revenues, profitability and billability

§   Contribute to and support service offerings for the office to capitalize on changing marketplace conditions, client & customer expectations, and technologies

§   Drive digital integration across the disciplines.

§   Support client teams in providing strategic leadership to senior-most clients

§   Committed to clients’ growth.  Understands clients’ competitive landscapes and works toward improving client competitive performance

§   Set targets by discipline, client and prospect group and lead discipline heads & new business teams in defining game-plans to achieve them

§   Champion process and efficiency improvements within the office, setting profit targets and sponsoring initiatives to achieve office profit goals

§   Ensure and lead where required a monthly and quarterly planning processes for clients

§   Provide leadership to recruiting efforts for management-level positions and participate in all management hiring decisions

§   Set annual performance objectives/ development plans for direct reports

§   Provide leadership and guidance to the staff of all of the disciplines across the agency, on how to run the accounts we have, both local and international.

§   Maintain person-to-person relationships with senior client decision-makers, up to Chairman level when required, in order to protect and grow our business with existing clients.

§   When necessary, lead new business pitches, and form the necessary relationships to give an advantage in those pitches.

Knowledge & Experience

§   Must have 2+ years of working experience in advertisement and production agency.

§   ATL experience are needed. If possible, social communication and digital experience are preferable.

§   Sophisticated communication skills and good tempered.

§   Someone who is utmost ethical and completely trustworthy
