职位描述 Job Description

Purpose of Job:

·         Provide efficient and organized secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director.

·         Support Managing Director on team engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

Secretarial and administrative support to Managing Director.

·         Travel organization to include flights, hotels and visa application.

·         Ensuring all necessary approvals are in place for travel arrangements.

·         Calendar management to include scheduling meetings, conference and video calls and taking minutes when necessary.

·         Management and preparation of monthly expenses including submission and filling.

·         Medical claim submission and follow up.

·         Appointment venue selection and reservation.

Team & other support

·         Support team activities and coordination

·         Any other duties associated with the role that MD assigns

Requirements

·         Organized and detail orientated

·         Professional and calm under pressure

·         A collaborate approach

·         High level of discretion and integrity

·         Strong communication skills in both Chinese & English

·         Good project management skills

·         Reliable, committed and willing to go the extra mile

·         Strong Microsoft Office skills to include PowerPoint, Word and Excel
