RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintenance work in progress and the proactive identification of forthcoming or pending deadlines. GM’s calendars and appointments and team’s travel arrangements
Management of all aspects of internal and client related meetings involving GM’s presence.
Preparation of expense claims, corporate credit card statements and leave applications Liaise with overseas counterparts to organize teleconferences
Organize catering for workshop and meeting; Breakfast/lunch/dinner ordering upon request.
Organize team building’s activities such as post meeting celebration, team member’s birthday etc.
GM’s personal expenses handling not limited to phone bill/credit card/ mailing
Keep GM updated on progress of tasks being asked to handle.
Provide necessary confidentiality for GM.
Other responsibilities or duties as reasonably requested
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree preferred in English, business administration or other similar subjects.
Good command in English, good listening, writing and speaking skills.
Over 3 years’ secretarial experience in Multinational Corporation, especially advertising agency will be a plus
Good command of computer skills
