We are looking for a UI Designer to take charge of the world-famous sports brand, to help the client establish digital solution such as .com/E-sales platform/Web/App for their product into market.

Candidates must have experience in Digital Agency environment. You will work with fast-paced, dynamic team of product, planner, software engineers, etc. You will get to help redefine their digital product to drive business results.

Responsibilities

Propose improvement for usability to continuously optimize the user experience according to the data.

Responsible for the product design, operation and planning process, research for user journey and user needs, analyze and abstract the feasible solution according to the research results.

负责产品设计、运营和策划环节，归纳用户路径、用户需求，并且根据调研结果分析提炼可落地的解决方案。

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a UI designer or similar role, with agency experience is plus; 3+ years of experience for B2C or B2B solutions with sophisticated analytics capabilities.

5年以上用户体验、交互设计师或类似职位经验，代理经验更佳; 3年以上B2C或B2B解决方案设计经验，具备完善的分析能力。

Fluency in best practices for web-based information architecture and design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques. Experience with a variety of design tools such as Axure, Sketch, Invision, XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks etc.

熟练掌握基于web的信息架构和设计的最佳实践，并具有良好的可用性原则和技术知识。熟练使用各种设计工具，如Axure, Sketch, Invision, XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks等。

Strong and unique views on WeChat ecosystem, Website and APP design.

对微信生态系统、网站、APP设计有独到见解。

Excellent communication skills to engage with product partners, engineers, and stakeholders at all levels. Excellent writing and presenting skills in both Chinese and English.

优秀的沟通能力，能够与产品合作伙伴、工程师及各级工作相关者进行有效沟通。

优秀的中英文书写和提案能力。

Passion for innovation and technology with a solid understanding of digital tools, trends, and infrastructure. Experience with front-end development HTML/CSS, JS/REACT/VUE, etc. is preferred; Experience working with Agile software-development processes is preferred.
