Responsibilities:

• Apply breakthrough consumer insights to a holistic approach, integrating diverse channels;

• Ingeniously integrate customer insight data (obtained by primary and secondary research) and client objectives into groundbreaking brand strategy and creative execution that delivers results for our clients;

• Assist to construct media plan with recommendation on media channels, budget allocation and scheduling strategy;

• Co-facilitate brainstorming and conceptualization activities, and makes strategic choices about what to move forward;

• Work closely with account, media, research and strategic planning teams to formulate appropriate overall strategy for a project or client;

• Works with the Planning Director to help define best practices and/or standards that can be used across engagements on campaign and across client organization;

• Build and manage middle and senior client relationships and ensure stakeholder objectives are aligned and drive appropriate level of engagement;

• Understand the client’s business drivers and provide clients with constant updated on competitive activity, media market development and relevant research insight;

• Estimating, Measuring & performing against project & utilization targets as well as skilling team in the same;

• Participate in new business pitches, develop new business, and identify organic growth opportunities

Requirement:

• 4-5 years’ experience in creative planning, communication planning, brand planning or media planning;

• Passionate about advertising. Inspires and influences others, has negotiating skills, team leadership, courage, accessibility and integrity;

• Strong understanding of the cultural and consumer trends that are changing the Chinese media landscape;

• Able to prioritize jobs & communicate these priorities to the team and motivate all members;

• Good interpersonal & social skills
