Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative team to provide creative strategies and guide and supervise the team's creative execution.
  

• Independent creative thinking ability and logical thinking ability, excellent creative ability and art director/copywriting ability.

• Ability to draft proposals, rich experience in project management and team building, strong communication skills.

• Good communication, coordination, able to create a good atmosphere for the team.
  

Job Requirements

• 6-8+ years advertising experience (Main experience in TVC, KV; Participate in Ecom/Social/Digital work will be a plus).

• Passionate on advertising and creative is must. Auto/FMCG/Personal Care/Cosmetic experience is highly preferred.

• Can facing client and work independently, able to present work to client confidently.

• Can work under pressure and have experience in lead a team.

• Workable communication in both Mandarin and English.
