POSITION SUMMARY:  

The Regional Account Director is the Business Owner of a multi-national account across all of Asia Pacific. This dynamic CPG client works across a wide variety of product categories, with key geographies focusing on China, Japan, and Southeast Asia. This Regional Director must be able to approach the business with an innovative omnichannel mindset, with preferred expertise in commerce solutions (online and/or offline). The Director must be able to develop a strong partnership directly with key client Marketing Directors, be able to collaborate effectively with agency partners, and have a strong point-of-view, both internally and externally. Passion for innovation is key, both in ongoing projects as well as bigger regional commerce trends and opportunities. This Director is the fearless leader and “coach” for a highly effective team that must win in vastly different countries and cultures.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education:  BA or BS

• Work experience: Minimum eight years’ experience in consumer marketing 

• Experienced in key countries across Asia Pacific (including China and Japan)

• Omnichannel, digital, or commerce agency background

• CPG experience nice-to-have
