Key Responsibilities
Execute the engagement and communication strategy for consumer-centic CRM campaign.
Own and execute membership points program.
Support key projects for member lifecycle management.
Execute the PCE content strategy to deliver the personalized value to different target groups.
Partner with data analytics to generate data-driven optimization plan for CRM operation.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Bachelors in Engineering/Economics/Marketing/Business Administration preferred
At least 3 years working experience in planning, digital marketing, CRM project experience preferred.
Integrate the knowledge of customer insight in practicable CRM programs and activities in order to recruit, retain and reactivate consumers.
Agency work experience preffered with proven track record of strategic thinking
Awareness of the ongoing trends especially digital & mobile eco-systems
Understanding of CRM program and member communications , understanding for brand communications required
Demonstrated ability of taking initiative and collaborating with people
Quick learner, proactive working attitude and project management experience
Strong PPT and Excel skill is a must for business reporting
Fluency in both English and Mandarin
* Planner without CRM experience can be considered as long as they have experience on digital project planning and familiar with WeChat ecosystem and WeChat account operation.
* Candidates from internet company/EC agency who is familiar with user operation(用户运营) is also preferred.
