工作职责
配合Digital整合营销传播方案的项目执行,包括参与常规策略、创意、Social的整合。
对接内部各个支持部门,协调和整合资源,起到方案梳理、项目管理和推进的作用。有能力对支持部门输出的东西进行质量控制,具有一定的逻辑思维能力,可以配合把控判断整个整合方案的逻辑。
(支持部门包括:创意Team,策略Team,技术Team,Social team,媒介Team)。
Brief梳理并有效传达,包括客户对Campaign的需求Brief,以及日常执行的设计、物料需求Brief等。
能有效与媒体进行沟通,了解各媒体特性,能够熟悉Digital生态、资源、玩法等
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
• Participate in digital IMC campaign execution, including regular media strategy, creative and social parts.
• Cooperate with several internal supporting departments. Help integrate resources, comb proposals, manage campaign and push the project to run smoothly.
• Capability to control and supervise the outputs quality from supporting teams. Require certain logical ability for leading the whole proposal direction.
• Comb brief and output with high efficiency, including external brief from clients and internal requirements for creative teams, etc.
• Have a general familiarity with digital ecology, media resources and patterns.
资质要求
本科以上学历,广告公关、新闻传播、市场营销等相关专业优先。对美妆行业有兴趣、有Campaign经验者优先。
熟练使用PowerPoint、Excel等办公软件
具有一定撰写、解读英语书面报告的能力。
有较强的自我学习能力和沟通能力
责任感强,工作细致,具备良好的组织协调能力,能承受一定的工作压力。
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor degrees required; majored in advertising, public relationships, news communications, and marketing are preferred;
Strong interest in beauty make up industry, have campaign experience is a plus;
Proficiency in workings tool e.g. office PPT, Excel;
Have certain English writing and reading ability;
Willing to learn and self-improve.
With strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure.
