工作职责

作为公司社交媒体和电商营销的营销的核心人员,保持对社交媒体趋势和内容趋势的敏锐性、全面理解和洞察,带领团队引领社交媒体营销和内容的创新;

与社交和电商运营团队紧密配合,实现目标用户群体流量拓新增长、品牌顾客资产和品牌生意同时增长;

带领团队负责公司的大型营销项目中与社交媒体相关的部分,包括但不限于社交平台选择、红人和达人规划、内容策划和制作管理、直播和短视频策划制作管理等;

带领团队走在社交媒体前沿,积极学习包括抖音、小红书、快手、B站、拼多多等新兴平台的生态系统和资源,并通过定期内部培训向公司全员输出经验和知识;

与外部的MCN机构、各大社交媒体平台保持紧密的联络和合作关系;透彻了解和管理相关的资源,并作为中枢进行协调和调度,支持公司其他团队的业务;

透彻了解各大社交媒体平台的红人/达人规划、管理和下单系统,具备直接独立管理和采购执行红人/达人的能力;

具备全链路数据思维能力,理解社交媒体和内容对品牌和销售的贡献相关逻辑,并与其他团队紧密协作以提升整合营销项目的投入产出。

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

Being core member of agency’s social marketing experts, has comprehensive understanding of today’s social media environment and always stay updated with latest social media and content trend. Lead the team to drive social marketing innovation.

Work closely with social and e-commerce operation team to drive brand and business growth of agency’s clients.

Lead social marketing related parts of agency’s large projects, including but not limited to social platform planning, influencer/KOL planning, social content planning and production management, live show and short video planning and production management.

Lead the team to learn and fully understand eco-system and resource of all new social media platforms, including but not limited to Douyin, Red, Kuai, Bilibili, PDD. Output knowledge and experience to the whole agency through regular internal training.

Work closely with MCN agencies and social media platforms. Maintain the relationship and manage resources as the social marketing hub to support other teams.

Comprehensive understanding of all leading social media platforms’ influencer/KOL management system. Being capable to operate the system directly and manage KOL campaigns.

Capable of reading data and under data analytics in the end-to-end marketing funnel context. Fully understand how social media and content contribute to branding and sales results, work closely with other teams to improve marketing ROI.

大学本科以上学历

6年以上社交媒体和数字广告传媒的相关经验

加分项:在MCN类公司的工作经验

加分项:内容策划和创意的工作经验

对新事物具有强敏感度,热爱新事物

对生意的敏感和对成功的渴望

乐观积极的心态和对风险的包容

出色的合作协调能力和沟通能力

熟练使用PowerPoint、Excel等办公软件

 

QUALIFICATIONS

University education and above,

6 years+ related experience of social marketing, digital media and advertising

Bonus: experience with MCN agencies

Bonus: experience related to content planning and creative

Keep updated with new trends, keen learner, strong curiosity

Business acumen and lust for success

Optimistic, upbeat, and tolerance of risk

Strong team work, collaboration and communication skills

Proficiency in bilingual working capability

Proficiency in office tools e.g. PowerPoint, Excel
