KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
§ Write creative, engaging and consumer insight-driven contents for digital and social media platforms,including but not limited to WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Toutiao, Zhihu Blogs, Microblogs, Video Marketing sites.可根据要求完成撰写品牌营销活动推广的社交媒体文案,且具有creative idea,以及一定的用户偏好洞察力,社交平台包括且不限制以下:微信、微博、小红书、知乎、抖音。
§ Research and source out contents online and list out the insights and key takeaways.能完成线上热点调研、总结,可以根据调研结果总结整理个人的论点。
§ Track UGCs, analyse and seed contents to create visibility and drive engagement for brands. And collecting as an clearexcle完成定时追踪UGC,且根据负责品牌的调性和要求总结做出拟回复。
§ Can use PPT/Excel/Photoshop, be abreast with the latest technology,and have experence of online editing tools like Xiumi/135能熟练使用办公软件,且网感好,熟悉现下国内社交媒体工具,秀米、135,并能根据要求结合品牌特点做出相关的推广排版和内容。
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
§ Academic Qualification: Graduate of journalism, marketing or related course. 毕业以及大三、大四的新闻媒体专业、营销、新媒体相关的专业在校生。
§ Capability of understand the objective of Medical or FMCG industry and have the ability to meet internal and external deadlines for contents with accurate understanding on content flow. 对快消行业(商场、食品、生活方式)或是医学专业有了解,并能根据要求撰写相关文案。
§ Experience as Digital Copywriter(WeChat/Weibo/Xiaohongshu/Zhihu/Douyin), or managed wechat offical account is a plus.有社交媒体品牌推广类文章撰写经验的,或是有协作或独立运营社交媒体账号的优先考虑。
§ Must be fluent in oral and written Chinese Mandarin. Knowledge in English would be a plus.必须能流畅且有观点地用中文写作,英文流畅者优先考虑。
§ Owning and maintaining a blog or Owned Media with good traffic and interaction rate would be a plus.拥有流量不错自媒体账号,和运营经验的优先考虑。
§ Must be residing in Shanghai, China, attend 4~5 days a week and at least can be work 3~6months.必须居住在上海,实习时间充裕,能够保证每周实习4-5天,保证至少能够实习3个月及以上。
