Responsibilities:
1. Business management:
1) Serve corp PR account, including crisis management, corp messaging design and development, executive profiling and speech, key event, etc.
2) Solid management of the team's financial performance, including budgeting, P&L control, staffing plan, contracting and AR
3) Enriched knowledge in (digital / ATL /database) marketing strategic planning, providing inspirational consultancy to clients
4) High quality client service-based relationship management at senior level (ie Corp Affair Director level and up)
5) Steadily and stably grow current key accounts through evolving business and resource planning
6) Support and lead collaboration of existing business to explore new business opportunities and foster a competitive edge
2. People management:
1) Lead and inspire the service team to form coherent work ethics to deliver against agreed targets
2) Work closely with key members in their career paths planning and development
3) Coach key members of the team to achieve career growth targets
4) Management the team and related parties in sorting out resource issues

3) Strategic planning skills and experience
4) Solid account/business management capabilities
5) Mature inter-personal and presentation skills
