职位描述 Job Description

WHAT ARE THE DIGITAL ACCOUNT MANAGER‘s RESPONSIBILITIES?

Ø  Understanding of business and industry, identifying issues, providing sound marketing direction and solutions;

Ø  Participates in creative briefing and review of advertising concepts;

Ø  Prepares timing plans and ensures team’s project delivery to timing;

Ø  Ability to manage several projects at once and with keen attention to details and process;

Ø  Manages the approval process (agreed presence of key clients at different stages of the creative and production process);

Ø  Ensures client sign off on every stage of production;

Ø  Manages financial control of creative projects;

Ø  Leadership in brainstorming and meetings, with the ability to communicate and present confidently as well as collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

 

WHO ARE YOU?

Ø  University Degree, major in public relations, marketing, advertising, communication is preferred, but not must;

Ø  Previous 2 years relevant working experience within digital, social media;

Ø  In-depth experience and knowledge of the Chinese digital ecosystem

Ø  Had social media working experience, worked on WeChat, BBS communication  before, familiar with social media industry and environment, including social media trend, main social media platforms, social media language, KOL….;

Ø  Good written and verbal communications skills;

Ø  Team player; multi-tasking flair;

Ø  Excel in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines on time;

Ø  Highly self-motivated, self-starter and able to work under pressure;

Ø  Excellent computer sills, able to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint efficiently;

Ø  Proficiency in Mandarin, English, both spoken & written
