Account Director – Digital

We are currently looking for an experienced Account Director to join our digital team in support of our expanding digital/social business.

The successful applicant must have at least 7+ years advertising experience in brand communication, digital/social communication, and currently managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow client relationships at a senior level

• Led teams to plan & execute integrated communications campaigns  

• Lead new business development including but not limited to developing proposals,leading pitch presentations and developing your own network

• Proactively contribute to the development of the agency

Who are you

• You have 7+ years’ experience

• Have IMC (integrated marketing communication) strategic mindset and planning skills

• Good platform knowledge, including but not limited to weibo, wechat, RED, bilibili, and understand how to build the ecosystem on and across those key platform

• Passionate about the work, and always strive for the better

• A good team leader and player at the same time

• Fluent in English & Chinese
  

•  Experience in fashion and lifestyle category is prioritized
