职位描述 Job Description

Responsibility:

Manage creative resource for the projects regarding work assignment.

Cooperation with internal team to ensure production to meet the requests.

Provide creative efforts estimation based on project requirement;

Control cost, production quality, project timeline with internal account and creative team.

Support Creation team to get clear and full information/materials from Account team on specific projects;

Ensure that creative briefs and job requests contain all information needed to complete the project.

Track and evaluate the actual efforts spent and compare with estimation to provide reports to management team.

Manage external resource, third party vender and freelancer

Assist Creative Team with various administrative functions as needed.



Requirement:

At least 5 years working experience of TVC production in 4A agency in creative service management

Able to estimate the efforts of creative work based on project requirement

Familiar with internet Marketing background

Ability to handle multi-tasks and pay attention to detail

Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

Prove experience on schedule and resource planning

Provide the necessary coaching for subordinates

Fluent in English and Chinese
