CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the brand’s visual language (color palette, logo, font, etc.) across a range of media (print, online marketing, Web site, packaging, mobile, motion graphics, etc.)

• Make overall branding recommendations when needed.

• Conceptualize and develop multi-channel campaigns and ideas and present to team members and clients.

• Design or direct designers in the application of color, typography, photography selection, and organizing elements.

• Collaborate and work closely with other disciplines to ensure executions are meeting business objectives and criteria.

• Develop outline and story for the presentation of existing concepts/directions.

• Ensure quality and oversee execution of final concept across all channels.

• Direct 1-2 designers to help develop sketches/storyboards to present to senior team; assist in rationale and strategy for ideas in final deck.

• Develop style of the presentation for existing concepts/directions; determine best format to execute ideas.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor degree required.

• At least 5 years’ relevant experience, ideally should have worked in multiple areas such as Art Trainee /Visual Designer/ Graphic Designer/ Art Director.

• Understanding of user-centered design principles and what types of experiences are made possible by current digital technologies.

• Awareness of multi-disciplines of product design, commerce, mobile, branding, retail and best practices.

• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders while maintaining strong professional relationships.

• Ability to provide inputs into strategic plans and convert to implementation.

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a plus.
