OVERVIEW

Account Manager is responsible for driving day-to-day account management, fostering mutual trust and developing great relationships with clients and Agency functional teams. You should drive the business to success and grow nominated accounts by working strategically with clients across the entire business. Also drive day-to-day collaboration with a cross functional team which can include executives, project managers, creative team and specialists across the region.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree required

• 3+ years of experience in an account management in agency environment

• Strong interactive background a must

• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, a positive attitude to thrive in a collaborative agency environment

• Proven experience in day-to-day management of client relationships and internal teams (media, social, creative, tech and project management)

• Excellent communication in Mandarin and English
