Job Description:

  •  Develop and execute campaign journey for Nike MP to support new product launch, consumer moment, commercial moment per marketing calendar and business needs.

  • Explore and identify new opportunities for seasonal evergreen products in perspectives of story curation, page design and journey design.

  • Recap and consolidate campaign learnings and drive campaign effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Make alignment and build relationships with functions in parallel, such as brand category, site merchandising, business to assure information consolidation and delivery.

  • Partner with site merchant and authoring team to ensure the day to day journey & contents are published smoothly.

  • Manage day to day communication with third party vendors and key partners (e.g. brief campaign journey, create roadmaps, resolve issues, etc.)

  • Manage digital agency in daily work by setting effective KPI targets to ensure the delivery of content is consistent

  • Bridge communication between sale team and marketing category digital leads

  • Manage & own the communication with digital marketing design agencies to ensure a smooth creative briefing, interaction and final deliveries to sale team

  • Make sure stories go live across platforms with consumer-first, brand-right, biz-conscious mindsets and through efficient process and supporting resources

  • 365 platform content management & campaign-based platform support

  • Handle ad hoc requests and tasks.

  

Qualifications:

  • BA degree

  • English certification - CET 6 (Great at both speaking and written English and Chinese)

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, brand marketing or related experience preferred.

  • Strong team player and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and influence others

  • Ability to work in a matrix work environment with multiple business functions

  • Project management experience leading and driving creative initiatives.

  • A growth mindset with curiosity to understand the latest consumer digital trend and behavior and always willing to try new ideas with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.

  • Good sense for graphic design & page layout design

  • Basic knowledge of data analytics is preferred

  • Applicants with an advertising agency background will be prioritize
