工作职责

作为团队主管，负责多个公司代理品牌的新媒体电商生意成长

作为负责人与品牌方沟通交流，管理官方的资料和内容资源

制定品牌传播策略和计划、带领团队策划传播战役

微信官方旗舰店的店铺运营以及微信公众号的内容运营

关于双十一、618、各大促销时节的促销策略和推广

管理各大社交平台的红人合作种草和长期流量运营

管理和分析用户数据，使用CRM手段提升用户留存和复购

管理微信第三方公众号、创新社交电商平台等等渠道铺货和销售

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

Being the key person to drive Vitabrid brand’s growth in China market

Lead the team and integrate internal resources to accomplish the following:

Being the key person to communication with Korean brand owner and manage official brand material and information

Lead brand communication strategy, plan and campaigns

Wechat official store operation and account content operation

Manage promotion plan, tactics and operation e.g. Double 11, 618

Manage social media content seeding, KOL and drive traffic

Manage user data, use CRM tools to maintain users and drive repeat purchase

Manage product distribution in third party Wechat account channels and innovative social commerce platforms

资质要求

大学本科以上学历

6年以上品牌营销、社交营销、电商等相关经历

在美容美妆行业具备丰富的经验

对生意的敏感和成功的渴望

对新事物具有强敏感度，喜欢学习新东西

乐观积极的心态和对风险的容忍

需具备高合作协调能力和沟通能力

熟练使用PowerPoint、Excel等办公软件

自我学习能力和沟通能力

具备熟练的英文听说读写能力

QUALIFICATIONS

University education and above

At least 6 years’ experience in brand marketing, social marketing or e-commerce related areas

Experience in beauty and skincare industry

Business acumen and lust for success

Follow new trends, keen learner, strong curiosity

Optimistic, upbeat, and tolerance of risk

Strong team work, collaboration and communication skills

Proficiency in office tools e.g. PowerPoint, Excel

Proficiency in English communications
