工作职责：

1、组织参与重要项目的创意构思、文案撰写及客户提案全过程。

2、在前期提案、项目执行、后期结案等环节提供优秀的创意及扎实的文案支持。

3、工作内容汇报创意总监并达成共识。

任职要求：

1、本科以上学历，3年以上digital agency文案工作经验。

2、有较强的表达能力，并能够通过敏锐的洞察产出Big idea。

3、文笔优秀，对文案有较高的敏感度和驾驭能力。

4、判断力强，逻辑清晰，能分析理解客户的诉求，并提供可行性的方案。

5、性格热情开朗，具有良好的项目管理能力和团队合作精神。

6、具备较强的工作责任心，能承受一定的工作压力。

Responsibilities & Key Tasks:

• To organize and participate in the creative ideas, copywriting and customer proposal of key projects, and provide services such as proposal, creative and final report

• Specializes in advertising language writing, proficient in the theme concept of the word string writing, PPT modification and text refinements

• With client's communications and activities to provide professional advice and recommendations

Qualifications:

• Both the undergraduate and above, literature, planning, advertising professional priorities

• Excellent writing and creative control, deep literary skills, strong planning and creativity capabilities, a solid marketing knowledge

• Articulate and persuasion, rich team spirit, passion for writing copy
  

• Can independently organize and complete overall planning projects, including development of project strategies, planning programs, writing

• Cbetter language and communication skills, extensive management experience and a strong proposal for capacity
  

• Good working attitude, strong sense of responsibility, strong pressure to bear
