POSITION SUMMARY:
• Asso.PM role is ideal for someone has a good understanding of work in agency, with detail-oriented mind and deep understanding of content management procedures.
• Logical thinker, self-motivated problem solver. Working closely with cross-function teams and third-party vendors.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Working closely with cross function such as creative team and third-party vendors to deliver high quality of work.
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
• Responsible for process management and data consolidation
• Cooperate with the creative department, financial department and third-party suppliers, complete the signing of procurement contracts and settlement of related expenses
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of project to Operation team
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project output

PERSON SPECIFICATION:
• At least 2 years’ operation or traffic related working experiences, familiar with advertising industry and vendor management
• Extremely responsible and collaborative, good team player, experienced in multinational enterprise working environment.
• Excellent English & Chinese Language skills
• Excellent attention to detail, proficiency in Excel
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize work schedule
• Be flexible for overtime working when required.
• If have account experience in automotive industry is also welcome.
