OVERVIEW

Account Manager is responsible for ensuring delivery of project within the established schedule and budget to the satisfaction of the client. Also, you will manage resource allocation and ensure the dissemination of client requests to the team.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support on the campaign idea, scope project, develop schedule and oversee implementation

• Facilitate in the development of case studies on clients’ business

• Generate project briefs to illustrate or begin the essential elements of a project including objectives, strategies, target audience, background, and executional considerations

• Manage and deliver a diverse range of projects successfully

• Oversee various interdepartmental communication for various projects

• Develop and cultivate peer level client relationships and fulfil most client requests

• Manage internal communications and external communication with vendors, media partners

• Deep understand our client’s customers, competitors, marketplace and business challenges

REQUIRED SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree required

• 3+ years of relevant progressive experience in the Account Management function within the advertising industry, or a similar industry, and at least 1 year working in digital space

• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to form long-term customer relationships is essential

• Attention to detail and a drive for perfection

• Business fluency in both Mandarin and English
