Job Duties

·         Working under the responsibility of the art director，will work independently on projects to design for websites, banners, apps and print across their digital client base

·         Support the creative team when required throughout the concept development stage of projects

·         Be expected to work with the creative teams on new business pitches

Job Qualifications

·         The ideal candidate would have a 1 year experience design experience in a web/creative/digital agency or within the creative team of a company

·         Good proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is a must have. Adobe Illustrator is a plus.

·         Designing mostly for web and occasionally marketplaces (e.g. Tmall, JD) or for Social Media (e.g. wechat, weibo) to create inspiring/buzz oriented designs.

·         You need to have a portfolio updated in the last 6 months

·         Needs to have energy, commitment and drive

·         Able to work on multiple projects

·         Chinese native speaker required

·         Methodical approach to design tasks

·         Excellent attention-to-detail

·         Personable and ability to work well with others and establish excellent relationships with project managers and internal teams

职位内容

·         设计总监的指导下，独立完成网站、广告横幅、手机应用程序的设计工作，根据客户需要完成少量印刷设计

·         协助团队完成项目在不同阶段的设计需要

·         在团队需要时，协助完成项目预售阶段的商业提案

职位要求

·         至少1-2年在网站设计/创意/数字公司或公司创意设计团队的相关设计经验

·         相关网站、广告横幅、手机应用程序的设计经验，有印刷经验优先考虑

·         熟悉网站开发以及数字领域，并有相关实践经验

·         精通Adobe Photoshop（必备条件），精通Adobe Illustrator优先考虑

·         响应式网站设计经验优先考虑

·         对数字领域感兴趣，充满热情

·         主动有活力

·         具备同时处理多个项目的能力

·         基本英文听说读写能力

·         较强的设计逻辑性

·         注重细节

·         良好的对外对内交际沟通能力
