职位要求:
与中国各地的直接客户和代理商一起发现业务机遇并完成成功的新业务。
与客户建立持久、可信赖和收益性的关系,为Resn带来创造性和愉悦的业务机会
引领战略方向和创新性发展机遇以便于Resn提供始终优秀的创意产品。
尽可能地利用Resn现有的国际资源来提供方案和回复。应向方案响应团队提供战略和创意建议。
执行团队工作评价和指导团队成员。
技能列表:
良好的沟通能力,具有激励和启发能力。
具有事业心、分析能力和积极的心态,有良好的风度和专业能力。
非常注意细节。
理解业务、品牌和客户如何相互作用,了解技术在这些关系中起到的作用。

Responsibilities
● Discover and create new business success with direct clients and agencies across China.
● Develop long-lasting, trusted and profitable relationships with clients that bring creativity and enjoyable opportunities to Resn.
● Lead the strategic direction and innovative development of opportunities to deliver a consistently superior creative product.
● Provide support when possible to pitch/proposal responses from Resn’s existing international sources. Offer strategy and creative advice to the proposal response team.
● Conduct team engagement reviews and mentor staff.
