Senior Planner

What you will do:
· Create inspiring briefs that can be translated into great ideas through research into human psychology, culture, and data
· Collaborate with Creatives, UX, Analytics, and Technology to shape e-commerce marketing programmes and campaigns that excite and engage consumers
· Build mid-level client relationships from a strategic perspective
· Develop and communicate a clear point of view across the account
· Present compelling and strategic stories through presentations, interviews and workshops to both clients and colleagues
· Develop expertise across different digital and marketing disciplines as a subject matter expert
· Try to convince people you are right
What you will need:
Minimally
· A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Economics, Social Sciences, Marketing, Marketing Communications or Business
· 4-5 Years of creative/digital agency experience, with 2-3 years of experience in strategic planning
· A natural at primary and secondary research, both cultural and data-driven
· Being able to translate research output into critical insights and sound arguments that underpins strategy
· Proven expertise in e-commerce strategy and loyalty marketing in the Chinese e-commerce market
· Working knowledge of enterprise-class analytics tools and platforms (Omniture etc.)
· Experience adapting/creating strategic frameworks for campaign plans
· Developed and nurtured mid-level client relationships
· A natural inquisitiveness – your favourite word is “Why?”
· Thrives in a collaborative environment
· An ability to articulate a clear point of view
· Fluency in both written and spoken English
Great to have
· Category experience in Skincare/FMCG
· Understanding of shopper marketing
· Ability to lead project teams
· Expertise across other digital disciplines – Social, Analytics, UX, Content, SEO/SEM, Media
· Executed and managed campaigns
