Job Responsibilities

1.Develop digital proposals for different projects of existing clients and new business, including digital communication strategy and digital ideas on different online channels;

2.Daily client contact and internally assign tasks to team members;

3.Develop monthly communication plan, create big idea, netizens engaging activity and contents;

4.Supervise team members to develop daily social media post according to the plan, including wording and posters for client;

5.Netizens on Wechat channel analysis and future develop communication strategy on Wechat;

6.KOL research, recommendation, approach and management;

7.Collaborate with team members to develop monthly report, and provide suggestion and next month plan accordingly.


Job Requirements

1.University Degree, major in public relations, marketing, advertising, communication is preferred, but not must;

2.Previous 4-5 years relevant working experience within digital, social media, or PR;

3.Had social media working experience, worked on Weibo, BBS communication before, familiar with social media industry and environment, including social media trend, main social media platforms, social media language, KOL….;

4.Wechat operation, management experience and Wechat communication experience will be a big advantage;

5.Good written and verbal communications skills;

6.Team player; multi-tasking flair;

7.Excel in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines on time;

8.Highly self-motivated, self-starter and able to work under pressure;

9.Excellent computer sills, able to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint efficiently;

10.Proficiency in Mandarin, English, both spoken & written.
