TRAFFIC, CREATIVE, VENDOR MANAGEMENT

Requirements (JD),

• 7-10 years’ experience in production & traffic in 4As agencies with proven track record

• Control and management of Traffic process and personnel

• Control of costs and vendor negotiation.  Be able to vigorously defend vendor choice on both price and quality considerations. 

• Strong relationship management with creative and AS teams

• Strong experience in print, digital, video, and sound production, with ability to manage producers

• Quick to spot new production techniques that can add value to our business

• Constantly search for new production partners and vendors and continuously strive to reduce price and increase quality

• Strong financial management skills and ability to negotiate preferable payment terms with production partners and vendors.  Preferred model is to only pay after client pays.

This person will report to the ECD and President Greater China.
