OVERVIEW

Senior Social Planner is responsible for the social planning output of a portfolio of clients. You will deliver excellent thinking across a range of projects and work with clients to agree the most effective brief to other practices within Publicis.Sapient, sell the value of Social Planning internally and externally.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create quarterly, monthly and weekly plans and ideas for multiple social accounts.

• Brief the content planner and the designer based on the plans he/she created and brainstorm ideas with them.

• Take ownership of social account content quality and performance.

• Regularly analyze and understand the performance of the content and proactively works with the team to optimize future content based on the insights

• Manage a team of Content Writers and Designers (2 – 3 people) to actively and effectively achieve social performance targets

• Closely cooperate with the creative team & Social team in ideating social activation ideas around campaigns

• Cooperate with ePR partners in selecting and engaging KOL’s / Service account operators

REQUIRED SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree required

• 3+years’ experience in digital/social media communications or content creation in China.

• Has a clear understanding of social trends and technologies and can identify the ones most relevant to the client / account needs.

• Clearly understand the drivers of social performance and how to impact them

• Proven ability to build close and effective client relationships

• Self- motivated by working in a creative agency environment.

• Proactive and collaborative 

• Ability to create deliverables in both English and Chinese
