职位描述 Job Description
Key responsibilities:
· Lead strategic planning and ideation for digital and social recruitment campaigns, consumer experiences across multiple online and offline media and channels across bars, clubs, KTVs, Chinese restaurants, retail and eCommerce.
· To translate client’s challenges and briefs into actionable brief to creative and account service teams and ensure omnichannel activation plans are based on strategic market and consumer insights and supports long-term brand development.
· Stay abreast of relevant market, category, consumer trends and competitor analysis.
· Support creative concept and activation plan presentations development with strategic rationale. Support post campaign evaluation to derive key learnings and implication.
Requirements:
· Over 8 years experience in planning role for integrated marketing online & offline. Preferably with category experience in luxury lifestyle, alcohol, F&B.
· Beyond brand positioning and consumer insights, to also have experience with consumer engagement through different channels of alcohol consumptions – meals & nights, events brand experience, digital & social media engagement
· Bilingual English and Chinese with China experience. Cosmopolitan, dynamic with an appreciation for the finer things in life.
· Collaborative, resourceful, positive can-do attitude to strive in a fast pace boutique agency environment.
