OVERVIEW

Copywriter is responsible for conceptualizing, writing, proofreading and editing original content of digital and offline experiences.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research brand, competitor, pop culture, and other relevant sources understand voice appropriate for the brand and the audience of the medium

• Assimilate tone of voice based on research

• Execute on assigned deliverable while collaborating closely with Art Director

• Write effective and compelling short or long-form copy for all communication channels

• Integrate with copy from other media when necessary

• Communicate with team leads to assess all aspects of the idea and its execution in order to carry out the creative vision

• Generate innovative ideas, angles, languages and advertising solutions

• Contribute to brainstorming and conceptualizing activities

• Research and understand concepts for traditional/digital experiences based objectives and brand considerations

• Rationalize / articulate compelling reasons behind tone, style, structure and voice of related communications

REQUIRED SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE           

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Major in Advertising, Journalism, English or Communications preferred

• 1 to 3 years of copywriting or editorial experience in digital advertising or marketing environments

• Ability to present and articulate the thinking/concept behind the work internally

• Creative, innovative，thinking, Willing to take initiative

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin
