Being part of the Finance team, the Assistant Financial Controller will be preparing Management books, Budget / Forecast and variance analysis, Profitability Analysis, as well as supporting client service teams with Financial and Accounting related advices.

Responsibilities
Budget and Forecast preparation
Variance Analysis
Revenue and Profitability Analysis
Working with business teams closely on timesheet analysis
Group reporting
Client Service supporting
Participation in audits, including client and internal control audits
Deputy of Finance and Operations Director when needed, making sure timely and accurate monthly closing, providing advice on resource requirements and compliance related matters.
Qualifications and experience
Graduate in Finance and Accounting
Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and Access
Fluent in Chinese and English (written and Oral)
Minimum 10 years’ working experience
Good teamwork spirit and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and good time management skill
Ideally experience in similar industry (creative / media agency)
Experience in internal control audit preferred
