职位描述:

1. 具备独立的客户沟通能力,了解客户对项目的需求,并根据客户需求与创意部进行           

   沟通;

2. 尊重遵循工作流程,懂得待人处事,合理分配自己与team的工作,协调多方资源;

    能够为客户项目提供专业咨询服务;

3. 能够带领并管理整个account team,在规定时间内保质保量完成所有项目;

4. 具备与公司各部门之间进行及时的沟通与协调的能力;

5. 协调公司内部资源和第三方资源,分配工作并监督其执行情况,使用和评估公司的

    供应商体系;

6. 对所负责项目的财务流程进行管理(合同、报价、出发票、追款);

7. 有快消、电商、汽车及相关行业,新媒体传播经验者优先。


职位要求:

1. 专科以上学历,公关、新闻、营销、广告等相关专业,6-10年以上营销项目工作经验;

2. 对品牌、产品信息的传播和品牌知名度的建立与维护有较为丰富经验;

3. 有较强的创意制作项目执行管理经验及快消、线上互动项目合作经验和资源;

4. 具有较强的人际沟通能力和团队合作精神;

5. 高度的时间管理能力,能同时处理平行的多个项目;

6. 高度的工作热情和创造性思维;

7. 具有良好的文字和口头表达能力,较强的英语或者日语水平,能熟练使用英语或日语与客户和供应商进行沟通;

8. 熟练掌握办公软件,尤其是PPT、Word、Excel。


The Role

To perform an account manager’s role in the account management team, ensuring the smooth execution of tasks and timely delivery to the client.

Key Responsibilities:

- Key agency contact for the client and responsible for day-to-day management of the account

- Provide the stimulus to generate good creative work – creative brief, brainstorm ideas etc.

- Be involved in the briefing of planning, creative and IT teams

- Ensure the timely generation and distribution of weekly status reports and meeting contact reports

- Ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of timing plans, cost estimates and campaign reports

- Responsible for schedule planning, budgeting and trafficking jobs

- Be involved in strategic discussions and decisions

- Assist in the development of strategic presentations, liaising with various parties and departments to consolidate materials

- Assist in information gathering and research of product, category and competitive information for presentation purposes

- Manage your team upwards and downwards, reporting to the Account Director and training the Account Executive

- You will be part of an account management team working on a specific digital/integrated campaign for clients

- Your role is to oversee the daily management of the creative work flows, participate in ideas brainstorming on interesting and relevant creative content to increase consumer engagement

- Ability to prioritise and multi task. Practise good time management skills

- Show initiative and demonstrate proactiveness in dealing with tasks. Demonstrate problem solving skills and the ability to get things done

- Pay attention to detail and ensure all tasks are completed as agreed, and delivered on-time

- Ability to manage clients professionally and objectively

- Ability to highlight issues and suggest solutions to the senior team

- Demonstrate independent thinking and value add to the team

- Exhibit diligence, determination and commitment

- Interpersonal skills within and outside the agency. Tactful in dealing with people. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner

- Timekeeping and punctuality, team player, effective communication

- Ability to learn quickly in a fast paced environment

- Respect agency processes. Coordinate and liaise with different departments in an effective, professional and constructive way

- Help create an inter-department culture of collaboration, support and teamwork


Key Requirements:

- Fluent English and Chinese, or Japanese and Chinese; Able to write and present in English and Japanese is a must.

- Minimum 3 years experience in a creative/digital agency or relevant client-side experience

- Entrepreneurial, roll up the sleeves attitude

- Analytical, problem-solving mentality, strong sense of responsibility, independent thinking and positive work attitude, team spirit

- The ideal candidate is an active participant of the creative scene in China and is interested in following the latest innovative trends, in touch with consumers and keeping up with technology trends and creative ideas

- Familiarity with the video, interactive design project and APP production

- Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills is required
